West Michigan Wednesdays | Crust 54
On this week's episode of #WestMichiganWednesdays, we met with Matt, the owner of Crust 54; a Chicago deep dish pizzeria in the heart of Downtown Holland. Here we learn about how their vision for Chicago Style deep dish pizza got started, and some exciting things happening in the near future.
One great thing about Crust 54 is not only do they have deep dish dough, but also provide amazing thin and gluten-free dough; which is all made from scratch. Their cheese has only 4 ingredients which is all natural with no preservatives, along with the sauce that is made fresh.
