Real Estate Market Update

We went into March with an incredibly strong real estate market in Holland Michigan and surrounding areas. Though we've experienced temporary changes to the way we show and list homes, the reality is homes are still selling and buyers are still looking every single day. ⁠

The reality is we may see a temporary decrease in sales at some point (but again we aren't seeing a large decrease as of today) due to everything currently going on, but I firmly believe if that were to happen, it truly would only be temporary. ⁠ ⁠

Take heart. Housing is doing fine in our local Holland, Zeeland, Hamilton, Saugatuck, West Olive, Fennville and surrounding markets as of now. We are here to keep you updated on the facts as this current situation continues to develop. ⁠ ⁠
