How do you feel about bidding wars? If you are like most buyers I talk to, you want to avoid them. Being the only offer is great, but in this market multiple offers are common, but what you may not know is traditional bidding wars (for the most part) are a thing of the past. I don’t want anyone to be scared away from offering in a house they love because they are afraid of bidding wars.
